1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds
2 Cups Water
Tbls of any: Maple Syrup/Honey/Agave Nectar
Combine all ingredients in a blender. You may then strain out the seeds using a nut/mylk bag or keep seeds in beverage as a fiber. Sesame Seeds are an excellent source of Calcium. YUMMY _________________ Toby Landon, Natural Chef |
