SNACK Hummus:
15 oz Can Garbanzo Beans
2 Tbls Lemon Juice
1-2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbls Tahini Salt and Black Pepper
Drain beans over a bowl and save the liquid. In a food processor or blender, add the Garbanzo Beans, Lemon zest, Lemon Juice, Garlic, and Tahini. Process until smooth. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. _________________ Toby Landon, Natural Chef |
