To assure there is enough seating, we recommending everyone bring their own chair, and as the summer has been a somewhat soggy one, you might want to wear shoes that can "weather"  wet grass. 

This is going to be our Best Summer Picnic and BBQ yet,.  Reservations are required, so be sure to  email your reservation to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it Subject: BBQ Reservation.  Include you phone number in the email.  The potluck info is below and as always, please let us know what you plan on bringing so we can avoid duplications and a lop-sided menu (although there’s something to be said for an all desert party, LOL :>) If cooking isn’t what you are comfortable with, we could always use bottles of water or other beverages, paper plates, bowls, napkins, cups, and plastic silverware.  OR There are all kinds of fruit and Vegetable salads readymade or Veggie Burgers, Veggie Dogs or dairy-free-egg-free buns.  Weve always got lots of ideas too.  If your schedule doesn't permit you to bring a dish, see the admission without a dish info below.

Admission to this event is by reservation only. Directions will be sent to those with reservations one week prior to the event.

The event will take place rain or shine, so we have had to limit the number of reservations we can take to accomodate possible weather conditions.  Reservations will be limited to the 1st 30 People who contact us.  In Case of Rain: Robin has said if there are showers we can use both their Canopy and Greenhouse.  If however there are major torrential downpours, we will need to reschedule.
