Fabulous Healthy and Delicious Food and Simple Tips from a Registered Dietician Nutritionist on Balancing your Diet…It doesn’t get better than this!  If you’ve ever been to Top of the 80’s than you know that the gorgeous view is surpassed only by the delectable food creations of Executive Chef Drew Wandishin.  Chef Drew won the PA Preferred Best Chef in Pennsylvania Iron Chef Competition in 2008.  We could easily see and taste why, when he prepared a sample of the dishes for our Fall Foliage Dinner/Lecture for us.

And don’t forget, this is your chance to learn smart and simple tips for balancing your diet.  Most people are confused when it comes to the nutritional aspect of eating.  How many calories? Am I getting enough protein, vitamins, calcium? What about sugar & Fats?  How do you put it all together?  Master Degree, Registered Dietician Nutritionist Marty Davey is going to help you make sense of it all, in a way you can put into practical everyday use. 

Following her presentation there will be a question and answer period.
